House & Flat Clearance Services in Cottingham

Aardvark sorted a full-house clearance before decorators came in. On time, efficient and polite all day.

They even helped move my fridge to the garage afterwards. Proper team.

Aardvark handled a same week clearance calmly. Fran confirmed timings, checked identification on arrival and stuck to the quote.

Everything went to plan and the property looked good for the agent photos.

Rented property clearance after tenants left it messy. The team worked through rooms methodically, separating what could be reused.

I liked that nothing went to waste.

I asked for carpets lifted and taken away. The crew cut and rolled them neatly, removed underlay and nails, then tidied the edges.

Nice tidy finish.

I’ve used Aardvark twice now, once for my house and once for my mum’s. Fran always replies quickly, prices fairly and makes the process simple.

Trustworthy and hardworking every time.

A friend recommended Aardvark for my mum’s house clearance. They treated her things with care and kept us updated throughout.

It’s rare to see that kind of patience these days.

Renovation phase two meant stripping carpets and removing wardrobes. They protected the bannister, lifted everything cleanly and swept each room.

Quote matched to the pound and timings were spot on. Reliable from first call to finish.

Cleared an attic full of dusty boxes and old clothes. The team worked in the heat without complaint.

I was impressed by their energy and good humour.

Fran and the Aardvark lads helped clear my grandad’s bungalow. They handled every box with care, found a few keepsakes we’d missed and set them aside.

They even swept through once finished. Couldn’t have asked for a kinder crew.

We had to clear my sister’s old flat after she moved abroad. Aardvark handled everything without me being there.

Regular updates, before-and-after photos, and genuine care. Can’t fault them.

Had a mixed job with furniture, old books and carpets. The lads were organised and upbeat, nothing felt rushed.

Nice people doing honest work.

I was overwhelmed by a three room clear-out before a move. The team turned up early, walked through the plan and worked steadily.

They set aside keepsakes and boxed donations for the charity shop. The flat looked ready for handover by lunchtime.

Two attic rooms and a garage cleared. They labelled boxes we wanted kept and took the rest.

Helpful from start to finish.

Downsized my nan’s place. They were patient and kind, asked before taking anything and left the rooms neat.

Much appreciated.

Flat clearance done while I was at work. Fran confirmed by message once finished and even sent a short video so I could see.

Smooth, tidy and reliable.
