House & Flat Clearance Services in Pocklington

Cleared my aunt’s top-floor flat with narrow stairs and awkward corners. The team took care not to mark walls and finished early.

They’re the kind of people you’d happily make tea for mid-job.

Student flat cleared fast. Easy to arrange, decent quote and no drama.

Booked them to clear my aunt’s flat after water damage. Aardvark handled it fast and safely, wearing full gear and leaving the rooms bone dry.

Respectful, tidy and worth every penny.

Aardvark handled a tricky hoarded room calmly. No judgement, just steady progress and clear communication.

Impressed by the patience shown.

Flat above a shop with a narrow stairwell. They protected corners and lifted with care.

No scuffs, no complaints and the place looked presentable when they left. Would recommend.

I asked for a partial clearance of wardrobes and a sofa. They arrived right on time, protected the hallway and loaded without scuffs.

Price matched the quote and communication was clear all the way.

I was nervous about letting anyone sort my late aunt’s belongings but Fran handled it beautifully. The lads were discreet, kind and steady all day.

They even found her old jewellery box and returned it. Absolute credit to the company.

Inherited a cluttered cottage. Fran’s crew were patient, funny and thorough.

They treated every room with care and kept aside things we might want. It’s rare to find that level of decency in this line of work.

Cleared appliances, curtains and a heavy dresser. They worked quietly so neighbours were not disturbed.

Good manners and tidy results.

I was overwhelmed by a three room clear-out before a move. The team turned up early, walked through the plan and worked steadily.

They set aside keepsakes and boxed donations for the charity shop. The flat looked ready for handover by lunchtime.

Dad’s back room had years of clutter. The lads just cracked on and made it usable again.

Downsized my nan’s place. They were patient and kind, asked before taking anything and left the rooms neat.

Much appreciated.

We used Aardvark after my sister’s move left two rooms of junk. Fran turned up cheerful, sorted recycling from rubbish and left the house spotless.

Worth every bit for the peace of mind.

Large house clearance with a garage full of junk. The lads handled it calmly and kept recycling separate.

Couldn’t fault the work ethic.

I manage rental properties and use Aardvark often. They never miss a time slot, always leave the flats ready for cleaning.

Honest people who actually turn up.
